Don't be fooled - some companies claim their bags are made from recycled material - usually its only the main fabric of the bag itself. Chico Bag's rePETe takes it a step further - 99% of the entire bag is made from recycled materials: The fabric is made from recycled soda bottles (7 per bag to be exact), the caribiner clip is made from 97% brushed recycled aluminum, the cord is 100% recycled PET, the cordlock is 100% recycled Polyurethane.
What's not recycled? The thread, screen print, and care label.Yep, that's it. Not bad, eh?
