Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender Essential Oil is something that everyone should have in their home.

Why? Because Lavender Essential Oil is simply amazing. From helping with cuts and scrapes to helping you sleep sound, this gift from nature has a million and one uses.

Here are a few ways that Lavender Essential Oil can be used:

  • Place one drop of lavender oil on your pillow to promote a deep and restful sleep (great for kids anytime and especially when bad dreams come)

  • Rub a drop or two on the bottoms of the feet to promote relaxation and help boost the immune system

  • Inhale the lavender essential oil straight from the bottle when nervous, anxious or under stress. You can also put a few drops on a cotton ball for on the go.

  • Dilute 40 drops of Lavender Essential Oil in a spray bottle with half water and half vodka. Use to spray in the air or on linens to help purify and refresh.

  • Place 5 drops of lavender oil on a scentball pad and plug into your wall to provide a calm, restful environment ( perfect when kids are climbing the walls)

Lavender Essential Oil is a great way to try out essential oils.

It's gentle enough to use on babies 3 months and older and is wonderful for the elderly to help fall asleep. Lavender essential oil is suited for everyone in between to help calm, protect from colds and flu and to ease the pain and swelling from mosquito and bug bites, bee stings, chicken pox, rashes, irritation and cuts and scrapes.

Remember - lavender essential oils are concentrated.

One or two drops will suffice. Each bottle contains approximately 300 drops of essential oil and using more is not better. For larger areas, we recommend diluting two-four drops of Lavender Essential Oil into 2 oz of carrier oil such as Jojoba. For cuts and scrapes, wash with soap and water and apply one drop of pure lavender essential oil directly to the cut. If it is a deep cut or wound, seek medical help in the event stitches are needed.
