Exchanging ProductsPlease email us at service@greenfeet.com or call us at 1-888-562-8873 before returning or exchanging a product so that we may issue you what's called a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). This insures that your return is processed accurately and that your refund or exchanged item is processed quickly.
Saleable ConditionAll items must be returned in saleable condition and in the original packaging for a full refund. Used items such as pillows, bedding, towels, personal care products and cosmetics are not returnable due to health regulations.
If items do not have their full packaging, but are unused, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied.
We recommend that if you choose to ship your items back via US Post Office that you opt for delivery confirmation. That way you can be sure that your package arrived as scheduled.
Returning EcospheresPlease note that return shipping for exchanges or replacements of Eco-spheres is the responsibility of the customer. If the item was damaged upon arrival or is dead, please contact us immediately at 1-888-562-8873 so that we can speak to the mfg about picking up the cost of replacement. This must be done within 24 hours of receipt of your ecosphere.
Mattress GuaranteeMattresses are covered by Vivetique/Crown City's 30 day comfort exchange policy. If you are not happy with your mattress, you can exchange it for another within 30 days of receipt - you simply pay any difference and you cover shipping of the old mattress back and the new mattress to you. It's that easy! Due to health regulations, there are no refunds on mattresses or boxsprings.
The Greenfeet Guarantee: We are committed to providing an exceptional online shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back within 30 days for an exchange or refund. We'll refund the original purchase price to your credit card, or send your replacement item, once we receive your return.

Did you receive your merchandise damaged? Shoot us an email at service@greenfeet.com. Please include your order number and a list of the damaged items. A photo of the damaged item and the packaging would be helpful so we can prevent future incidents. We'll promptly confirm and email you with replacement details. Important Exceptions:
Ecospheres: If the Ecosphere arrives dead or damaged, please contact Ecosphere Systems directly within 24 hours after receiving your ecosphere. They can be reached at 1-800-729-9870.
Mattresses: Refunds will not be issued on any mattress. However, if you are not happy with your mattress, you can make a Comfort Exchange within 30 days. Additional shipping charges will apply. Contact us and we'll make this happen for you. Sorry, no cash refunds for exchanges below original mattress price.
Bedding: Due to health reasons, used bedding cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been opened and used. Please make certain that you are content with your purchase before you use it.

Greenfeet collects only individually identifiable information absolutely necessary for the transaction or our internal records. However, if you wish to share something juicy or exciting about yourself, it would really perk up our busy day!
