At greenfeet.com, we are committed to providing you with the best natural and environmental products available. Our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed for 30 days by refund or exchange. If you're not absolutely happy with your purchase, neither are we.

Exchanging Products
Please email us at service@greenfeet.com or call us at 1-888-562-8873 before returning or exchanging a product so that we may issue you what's called a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). This insures that your return is processed accurately and that your refund or exchanged item is processed quickly.

Saleable Condition
All items must be returned in saleable condition and in the original packaging for a full refund. Used items such as pillows, bedding, towels, personal care products and cosmetics are not returnable due to health regulations.

If items do not have their full packaging, but are unused, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied.

We recommend that if you choose to ship your items back via US Post Office that you opt for delivery confirmation. That way you can be sure that your package arrived as scheduled.

Returning Ecospheres
Please note that return shipping for exchanges or replacements of Eco-spheres is the responsibility of the customer. If the item was damaged upon arrival or is dead, please contact us immediately at 1-888-562-8873 so that we can speak to the mfg about picking up the cost of replacement. This must be done within 24 hours of receipt of your ecosphere.

Mattress Guarantee
Mattresses are covered by Vivetique/Crown City's 30 day comfort exchange policy. If you are not happy with your mattress, you can exchange it for another within 30 days of receipt - you simply pay any difference and you cover shipping of the old mattress back and the new mattress to you. It's that easy! Due to health regulations, there are no refunds on mattresses or boxsprings.

The Greenfeet Guarantee:
We are committed to providing an exceptional online shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back within 30 days for an exchange or refund. We'll refund the original purchase price to your credit card, or send your replacement item, once we receive your return.

Simply send your merchandise back to us:

  1. Repack the merchandise in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may be applied at our discretion if the returned merchandise is not in its original packaging.
  2. Include the following information with the merchandise you wish to return:
    • The original packing slip or email confirmation
    • Your full name and contact information
    • The action you wish for us to take
      ie: "Exchange for 2 of item # 3506-00527-0000, refund to my credit card, etc."
  3. Send your package with shipping insurance so that it arrives safely. We cannot process shipments that become lost or damaged in transit, so please send your merchandise back to us with care. Fragile items, such as laquerware and glassware, must be carefully wrapped to avoid scratches or cracks so that we can ensure a full refund or exchange.

In an effort to keep product and shipping prices affordable for everyone, shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Did you receive your merchandise damaged?
Shoot us an email at service@greenfeet.com. Please include your order number and a list of the damaged items. A photo of the damaged item and the packaging would be helpful so we can prevent future incidents. We'll promptly confirm and email you with replacement details. Feel free to call us at 1-888-562-8873 if you would like to speak with us in person.

Important Exceptions:

Ecospheres: If the Ecosphere arrives dead or damaged, please contact Ecosphere Systems directly within 24 hours after receiving your ecosphere. They can be reached at 1-800-729-9870.

Mattresses: Refunds will not be issued on any mattress. However, if you are not happy with your mattress, you can make a Comfort Exchange within 30 days. Additional shipping charges will apply. Contact us and we'll make this happen for you. Sorry, no cash refunds for exchanges below original mattress price.

Bedding: Due to health reasons, used bedding cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been opened and used. Please make certain that you are content with your purchase before you use it.

E) Tracking your Order (CSSG04)
There are a couple of ways to look up your order. First, if you know your order number and type of transaction (i.e. orders, quotations or returns), you'll enter the order number and click on the "Submit" button. Second, if you want to view multiple orders, or can't remember the order number, enter the purchase order number or select the display type from the drop-down list and choose the desired dates. All of the orders you've placed with us since 0ctober 2005 (both through the web and through other means) are listed. Click on the number of the order you want to check, and the order details will be displayed along with any tracking numbers for the shipments that have been sent. To track the shipment, you must go to the web site of the shipping carrier. If the tracking number provided is highlighted, click on it, and it will take you to the appropriate tracking website.

F) Is Registering Required? (CSAI02)
Before you place an order with us, you must register with us. We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up not more than a few minutes of your time. Once you have registered with us, you need not give your address and credit card details on future visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us.

Doesn't it bug you when companies sell your name to other companies? It bugs us! Therefore, Greenfeet will never disclose individually identifiable information about its users and customers to any third party, ever. You have our word!

What we collect

Greenfeet collects only individually identifiable information absolutely necessary for the transaction or our internal records. However, if you wish to share something juicy or exciting about yourself, it would really perk up our busy day!

We collect the domain names and email addresses of visitors to our web page, the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages customers access or visit, and any information customers volunteer.

Our site uses an order form for customer purchases. Financial information, such as a credit card number, is used for order processing only. Through this form, we also collect contact information. This is used to send the orders, our newsletter and information to our customers. The customer's contact information may also be used when there are questions regarding an order. Users may decline future mailings.

Carbon Offsets

At Greenfeet, we value a healthy environment and responsible living.
That's why we purchase carbon offsets to help fund clean energy and greenhouse gas reduction projects throughout the nation.

What is a carbon offset?
A carbon offset is a mechanism by which clean energy and carbon reduction projects are funded. For every metric ton (2,205 lbs) of carbon dioxide emissions released into the atmosphere created by one of our shipments, we "offset" it with an investment in clean energy. Carbon offsets, in essence, are like fundraisers for the Earth.

What projects are funded through carbon offsets?
Our carbon offset program supports three types of projects:

  1. Clean energy produced by wind power
  2. Farm power, such as dairy farm methane digesters
  3. Landfill methane capture

How are the offsets applied?
Greenfeet is working with TerraPass, an industry-leader in carbon and greenhouse gas offsets. TerraPass is independently audited and verified, and ensures that all offsets are tied to reductions that happen NOW, not later.

Why do we do this?
We honestly feel it's the right thing to do. Our business consumes energy resources to get your packages delivered to your doorstep. While we utilize carriers such as UPS who continually improve their transportation methods, it's not enough. We realize this is not the complete solution, but a part in our overall effort to be a positive force in the goal toward cleaner air, safe water and fertile soil.
