Not long. We're committed to getting your package to you as quickly as possible.

We ship within the United States, it's territories, APO/FPO addresses, and to most countries. Choose from Greenfeet SmartDeliveryTM, UPS, Federal Express, and U.S. Post Office shipping options.

 
Important:
  • Expedited orders placed before 12 p.m. Pacific will ship the same business day.
  • Allow one business day for processing all other orders.
  • Weekends and holidays are not counted in transit time.
  • Delivery of drop shipped items may vary. See below.

Greenfeet SmartDeliveryTM was created to provide the most sensible and affordable delivery option that arrives at your door in a reasonable amount of time. Greenfeet utilizes our shipping volume to secure reduced pricing for our customers. Here’s how it works: During processing our system moves your package to the most affordable carrier for your particular order. By selecting Greenfeet SmartDeliveryTM you’ll typically receive your package within 2-9 business days once it leaves our warehouse. While you forego a specific carrier choice, you save big on shipping fees. How smart is that? Yeah, we thought so too.

Greenfeet SmartDelivery is the best choice when:

  • Affordable shipping rates are a priority
  • Your package is not required to arrive by a specific day
Greenfeet SmartDeliveryTM is becoming more popular every day. We pride ourselves on having bright customers who know a good thing when they see it. However, we also understand that sometimes your order just needs to be there, guaranteed, by a certain time. When time is of the essence, we offer several other shipping options to meet your needs. And, as always, you can estimate your shipping costs before checking out. Simply click on the "Estimate Shipping" button located in the shopping cart, enter in your city, state and zip and voila! You’ll see all estimated shipping rates.

Please note: some items such as Ecospheres, composters, hammocks, most mattresses and top of bed items as well as a few other items are not eligible for Greenfeet SmartDeliveryTM. The product page will tell you if that item is eligible.

C) Ground Transit Times (CSSI08)
Ground service is the most affordable option and you can save even more by having it delivered to a business. Transit times are based on your distance from Chico, Caifornia and may vary from carrier to carrier. Take a moment to examine the transit maps below to determine if one carrier is faster to your region than the other. The day it leaves our warehouse DOES NOT count as a transit day.
Find your location on the map. Find the color of your location in the legend. This indicates the number of business days (not including weekends and holidays) required for ground delivery.

Our shipping rates include transportation and customs clearance, but do not include any import duties or taxes of the destination country. When using FedEx, you may incur an Administrative fee (usually around USD$5) if duties & taxes are charged. Duties, taxes, and fees (if any) are the recipient's responsibility and are due upon delivery. Shipments to individuals will be identified as "Personal Use Only" in an effort to minimize destination costs, however, this is still subject to the determination of local laws. If a package is refused by the recipient, we reserve the right to charge your card for all costs associated with the unsuccessful delivery.
Will a gift recipient be charged duty & tax?
Sometimes. If we see that your order is a gift (i.e., going to a third party, you leave a gift message, etc.), we will mark it as a gift when completing our international documents. Local laws at destination will determine whether duties and taxes will be incurred. We are not responsible for any destination charges. Also, international documentation requires that we declare the value of the merchandise. This information may be visible to the gift recipient as well.
Important Points:
  • Allow 2 business days for processing. Most packages will go right away, but occasionally additional preparation is required.
  • Import duties and taxes (if any) are the recipient's responsibility and due upon delivery. Some shipments may incur additional fee's while using FedEx (see above).
  • We reserve the right to charge your card for any costs associated with the delivery of a refused package. This includes return transportation and all brokerage costs.
  • Gifts: Customs authorities require us to declare the value of the package. This information is available to the recipient as well.

Greenfeet SmartExpress Available now! Our low cost expedited shipping (starting at just $7) is now available in certain western cities. Who’s doin’ the happy dance?

Here’s how it works:

  • Prices start at $7 and stay low from there.
  • Shipments to all of California and urban areas of Nevada are Next Day
  • Shipments to urban areas of Oregon, Washington, and Arizon are 2-Day.
  • Order by 12pm (noon) PST for same day shipping.
  • Some products are excluded. See product page for details. If the product is available for Greenfeet SmartDelivery, it's also available for Greenfeet SmartExpress.
  • If Greenfeet SmartExpress appears as a shipping option during checkout or when estimating shipping, your shipping address qualifies.

G) Free Local Shipping - Orders over $25 (CSSI16)

Chico, CA is our hometown. To show our appreciation to local customers, we’re now offering free local delivery to Chico and its surrounding rural communities for orders over $25. Yippee!!!!

Here’s the skinny:

  • Program is available for shipments to Butte, Glenn, Tehama, Plumas and Colusa counties. Yep, all of 'em. We appreciate your business and recognize sometimes it’s tough to get out to our warehouse to pick up your order in person (of course, this is still an option and we'd love to see you)
  • Available for orders over $25, before tax.
  • Some items are excluded. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • If you're shipping to these counties, "Free Local Shipping" will appear as a shipping option at checkout.

If you prefer to come do the chicken dance with us at Greenfeet HQ ( which takes place every hour, on the hour – chicken costume optional) simply choose the "Pickup at our Chico warehouse" option where you select your shipping address and we’ll email you as soon as the order is ready. Our warehouse is open M-F from 8am-5pm PST.

Addresses cannot be deleted, but they can be edited as often as you like.

To add a shipping address, click on "My Account". The details of your account are displayed. Click on the "Add" button next to "Your Shipping Address" to add a new shipping address. You can have as many shipping addresses as you like.

To edit a shipping address, click on "My Account" in the purple box at the top of the page. There you'll find the details of your account displayed. Select the address you want to change, and click on the "Edit" button next to "Your Shipping Address" or "Your Billing Address" to edit the address.

The shipping address that you used when you set up your account with Greenfeet is the default shipping address. This is the address that your order will be shipped to unless you specify an alternate shipping address during checkout.

N) Blatently Re-used Packaging (CSSI12)
Have you Noticed?


Have you noticed the stamp on the packages you receive from Greenfeet? It reads "blatantly reused packaging". We are committed to doing our part to keep our feet green – by leaving smaller footprints on the earth. Recycling previously used boxes and packaging whenever we can is one of the many ways that we accomplish our mission. So, the next time you get a box and you see Styrofoam peanuts, don't fret – we didn't buy them, we are recycling them and we encourage you to do the same. If you can't use them, please take them to a local UPS store or other packaging store that can reuse them.

Here are other ways that Greenfeet helps to reduce our contribution to the landfill: as mentioned above, we reuse most of the boxes and shipping material that comes into our warehouse. We also shred office paper, use bubble wrap only where needed for protection, and use the discarded spools of newsprint from our local paper to stuff boxes (we recycle the cardboard spool when finished). When we do purchase boxes, we choose those with recycled content (100% recycled boxes are not fit to use as outside containers due to their fiber weakness) and purchase peanuts made from biodegradable cornstarch.

So, if you're lucky enough to receive a "blatantly reused packaging" stamp on your box, feel good knowing that Greenfeet is doing its part to minimize our footprint on the earth – one step (or package!) at a time.
