A) How Do I Track My Order? (CSSG04)
There are a couple of ways to look up your order. First, if you know your order number and type of transaction (i.e. orders, quotations or returns), you'll enter the order number and click on the "Submit" button. Second, if you want to view multiple orders, or can't remember the order number, enter the purchase order number or select the display type from the drop-down list and choose the desired dates. All of the orders you've placed with us since 0ctober 2005 (both through the web and through other means) are listed. Click on the number of the order you want to check, and the order details will be displayed along with any tracking numbers for the shipments that have been sent. To track the shipment, you must go to the web site of the shipping carrier. If the tracking number provided is highlighted, click on it, and it will take you to the appropriate tracking website.

B) How do I Cancel an Order? (CSOI02)
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service representatives at service@greenfeet.com. They will review your order and contact you with any additional information. Please include your name and order number in the email.

D) How Do I Place an Order? (CSOI03)
On-Line:
The fastest and most-efficient way to shop. Simply add items to your cart by clicking the “Buy Now” button next to each product. When you’re done shopping, click the “View Cart” tab to complete your sale. Your transaction is fully-encrypted and safely processed via our secure server. All of your information is closely guarded and not shared with any third party. Please see our privacy policy for more information.

By Phone:
Pick out the items you want to order on our website, and call 530-894-5255 or 1 888-562-8873 (888-5-NATURE). You can then speak to one of our customer service representatives. They will help you from there.

By Mail or Fax:
Pick out the items you want to purchase and jot them on a piece of paper.

If you decide to pay by check, your order will be held two weeks until your check has cleared. Money orders will be processed right away.
