A flat $25 annual fee.

C. How do I purchase my membership? (CSGSMP08)
It's simple, all you have to do is add the membership to your cart, along with any other merchandise and then complete your purchase as normal. We will then process your order, upgrade your profile to "member", and apply your discount to your current order as well as all future orders during the year. Click here to purchase your membership.

Once logged in to the website, the prices displayed to you will reflect your membership savings. Your shopping cart will also reflect your discounted membership prices to allow you to instantly see your membership savings.

You will receive the sale price, coupon discount percentage, or your membership discount percentage, whichever is greater.

No. At this time, your membership discount applies to all merchandise. It does not apply to non-merchandise items such as shipping, sales tax, and your annual membership fee. Read the specific details here.

Nope! All you have to do is log in, as a returning customer, and your membership benefits will be applied immediately. What's even better is the prices on our website will automatically reflect your membership savings. How easy is that?

H. How do I renew my membership? (CSGSMP10)
The GreenStep membership program offers an auto-renewal function for your convenience. We will contact you via email one month prior to your membership anniversary date, to remind you about the auto-renewal. Should you decide not to renew, you will simply follow the instructions for "discontinuing auto-renewal" we will provide for you.

I. How do I cancel my membership? (CSGSMP11)
We understand that at times there may be a reason for you to discontinue a membership. Although disappointed to see you go, we want the process to be as simple as possible for you. Please contact us by email or phone to cancel your membership. The $25 membership fee is non-refundable, although we will ensure that your membership will terminate on its anniversary date.
