A) How do I create a Gift Registry? (CSGR03)
Click on the Gift Registry link. To create a Gift Registry you must be a registered user. If you already have an account, then login to the store. After Logging in, you can create a new Gift Registry by filling the required details and can make it your Current Gift Registry by selecting the option provided on the page. Be sure to use the same email for the gift registry that you used to register for your account. When you find a product that you want to add to your Gift Registry, click on the "Add to Gift Registry" link. All the items added will be added to the Current Gift Registry. Once you have items in your registry you can share that registry by emailing it to everyone you know (ok, that might be a bit much, but you know you want to!)

B) How do I access Gift Registry? (CSGR02)
If you received an email with a link and an access code to the gift registry, that URL will lead you to the "Invitee Validation Page". When on the "Invitee Validation Page", enter the email address and access code to see the items in the gift registry. After validating the email and access code, the items in the registry will be displayed. If the email only contained a link, but didn't include an access code, the link will take you directly to the gift registry listings. If you didn't receive an email, you can click here to search for the registry.

C) How do I view a Gift Registry? (CSGR01)
Viewing a Gift Registry
Enter the first name, last name, event name, email address, or period of the event date in the search box to find the gift registry. You'll then see the results of your gift registry search.

D) How do I tell others of my registry? (CSGR04)
While you're creating the Gift Registry , you'll have the option to make the Gift Registry accessible by other users or not. If you want your Gift Registry to be accessible by all users, select option "Allow any User to access Gift Registry", otherwise leave it unchecked. If you don't want every Greenfeet customer to be able to access your registry, you can set access code to make it accessible only to your invitees. The invitees can use the access code set by you to access your Gift Registry.

E) Can invitees ship to other addresses? (CSGR05)
You get to decide when you create the Gift Registry . Simply check the option "Allow invitees to ship to other addresses". This will allow the invitees to add a new shipping address while creating their orders and also ship the purchased items to that address.

F) Can I hide the quantity of items? (CSGR06)
If you would like to hide the quantity of the items that have already been purchased from your gift registry, simply select the option "Hide purchase from invitees". When this is selected, an invitee will only be able to see the items and prices after they use the access code provided by you.

G) What is "Current Gift Registry"? (CSGR07)
Current Gift Registry is the default Gift Registry. Any items that you wish to add to the Gift Registry will be added to this current Gift Registry. If you want to choose one of your other Gift Registries as your Current Gift Registry, click on the gift registry link in the right hand side menu to get a list of all your gift registries. Then check the button and click on "Make Current" button to make the selection your Current Gift Registry.

H) Why can't people see my registry? (CSGR08)
With the Greenfeet registry, you have the ability to define what dates your registry is available to the public. Sometimes, these dates are inadvertently set to a date range that is too narrow and your registry cannot be viewed.

To change the dates that your registry is visible:
First, log in. Then go into your gift registry to where you can see your products listed. Click the "Edit Gift Registry" link at the top right. Here you can change the "Start Date" and the "End Date" for your registry. This determines when you registry can be viewed.
